Cancellation Policy

AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

1. Upon scheduling a session or course  with   CARLA   HECHT   (hereinafter   referred   to   as   the

“Medium”), the full cost or payment plan shall become immediately due and owing by the Client

to the Medium;

2. Upon payment, the Client agrees to the following Cancellation Policy, that is:

a. Refunds   will   not   be   issued   for   any reason. However,  the  session   may be rescheduled at the request of the Client and at the discretion of the Medium. 

Any request to reschedule a session must be made at least 24 hours in advance

of the original scheduled session.   Any such requests made with less than 24

hours notice will not be accommodated.  Rescheduling will be dependent upon

the Medium’s availability.

b. The   Medium  has  the   right   to  cancel   a   session   at   any  time  due   to   personal

reasons.  Personal reasons shall include, but not be limited to, personal illness,

illness   of   an   immediate   or   non-immediate   family   member,   illness   of   a   pet,

personal or family emergency, etc.  At the time of such cancellation , the Medium

shall reschedule the session at a date and time agreeable with both

parties. 

3. Once the Client requests a cancellation, the Medium shall invoke the above mentioned 

policy and offer to reschedule the session.  If the Medium requests a cancellation the

Medium shall invoke the above policy and offer to reschedule the session 

4) All courses are non refundable.

5) Carla reserves the right to end and cancel a session if the client is using drugs or suspected to be intoxicated.
